三崎・秋山戦のサッカーボールキックについて、外国人はどう見たか

ここでは外国人が問題の三崎の蹴りのシーンをどう見たか、その反応を一部紹介します。(かなり意訳入ってます)

I thought it was pretty illegal from the rules
I've read for the event but being a one time thing and no history behind the rules
I can see its not 100% it being legal or illegal

俺にはルールからかなり反則だったと思うぜ。
俺は偶発的なものだったと睨んだが、これは一回こっきりの大会でこのルール下での以前の大会の歴史はないな。
それが有効か反則かどうか、100％の確かな事は言えないな。

He did not have his knees on the ground, hence, legal kick.
秋山の膝はグラウンドについてなかった。有効なキックだな。

I'm pretty sure Akiyama got tagged with the kick the second his knee left the ground.
So it's not considered a soccer kick.
俺はキックを食らった時の秋山の第2の膝(左？)は、まだグラウンドにあったと確信があるぜ。
だから、サッカーボールキックが来るとは思って無かったんじゃね？

well misaki throws the kick when akiyama has 4 limbs on the floor he has 1 knee 1 foot and both hands.
Akiyma then sees the kick coming tries to get to avoid it when it lands he still has both feet and hands on the canvas
some he has 4 points on the ground the only thing that i think is left to argue is it has to be knee that are touching
i wanna see where yennoreka rules are specific on the issue of it being both knees that have to be on the ground
ええっと、三崎が蹴りを放とうとしている瞬間は、秋山が両手両足(片方は膝、片方は足裏)を床についていている4点ポジションだな。
秋山はキャンパスに手と足を付けた状態で、次に来る蹴りを避けようとしているように見えるな。
俺が思うのは、4点ポジションと認められるためには膝が着いていなければならないかについては、議論の余地ありって事だ。
俺はやれんのかルールでは両膝が床についていないといけないのか、確かめたい。
